Health and Safety Plan

We’re 100% committed to your health and safety and are putting plans in place. We are following all federal, state, local and CDC guidelines and are drawing on the experience of our hotel in Tampa, Florida who has successfully staged live events in the past year.

Our Health and Safety Plan is designed to create the best 2021 Winter Summit experience possible, one where you can safely and effectively do business. We hope the guidelines below answer your questions. We cannot wait to welcome you to Tampa, Florida, and to the 2021 Winter Summit.

Before You Arrive

Have you completed a self-assessment? Are you symptom-free?

If you have any symptoms or feel sick, please stay at home. You can check your symptoms using the CDC’s COVID-19 Self-Checker.

Check your flight and travel arrangements.

Ensure you’ve checked the requirements of your airline and the destinations to which you will be traveling for your return flight. There are currently no travel restrictions in place in Florida.

In general, the CDC defines people as fully vaccinated 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.

Pack your masks.

Fully vaccinated individuals are strongly encouraged to continue wearing a face mask. Un-vaccinated individuals must wear a face mask at all times while attending 2021 Winter Summit events and sessions unless when actively eating or drinking. By not wearing a face mask, you certify that you are fully vaccinated and that other attendees may rely on that as a truthful statement. Regulations for mask-wearing at the 2021 Winter Summit will be updated, based on the most up-to-date guidance and advice, nearer the event.

For individuals that declined to respond during Registration if they have or have not received the COVID-19 vaccine, you will be treated as not fully vaccinated for purposes of implementing the Health and Safety Plan for the 2021 Winter Summit.
