Raoul Voss Departs Rowdies For Head Coaching Position

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (February 7, 2018) — Assistant Coach Raoul Voss has departed the Tampa Bay Rowdies to take a new position as Head Coach of Penn FC, the clubs announced Wednesday.

Voss had been with the Rowdies for the last two seasons after joining from the Fort Lauderdale Strikers. He now takes charge of USL side Penn FC, formerly known as the Harrisburg City Islanders.

Voss will lead his new side against the Rowdies for the first time on Friday, May 4 and then visit Al Lang Stadium on Saturday, June 23.

Rowdies Assistant Coach Cheyne Roberts will take on a larger role within the technical staff and the Rowdies will not hire a new assistant.

The entire Rowdies organization wishes Voss the best of luck in his new endeavor and thanks him for his time in Tampa Bay.
