Tulsa Roughnecks FC news and notes
Current record: 10-10-3, 33pts
Tulsa fell 2-1 to Saint Louis FC last Wednesday night to end a three-game undefeated streak, but the side remains in sixth place in the Western Conference standings.
The Roughnecks took the lead against Saint Louis through Joey Calistri’s seventh goal of the season, but a red card to Modou Jadama played a role in the side conceding a late goal that lifted Saint Louis to victory.
Tulsa is level on points with seventh-place Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC and eighth-place OKC Energy FC, but would move into fifth place with a win on Wednesday night.
Wednesday’s game is the first in a three-game trip for the Roughnecks through the Pacific Northwest, with the side set to visit the Portland Timbers 2 on Sunday in its next outing.
