TAMPA, Fla. – The following is the USL’s discipline report for Week 8 of the 2017 United Soccer League season:
Orlando City B defender Seb Hines has been suspended one match and fined an undisclosed amount for his reckless challenge against FC Cincinnati’s Kadeem Dacres this past Saturday. Hines was issued a yellow card for the infraction, but the Independent Disciplinary Panel has deemed it was a sendoff-worthy offense. Hines will miss OCB’s May 27 home match against the Charlotte Independence.
The LA Galaxy II’s Ethan Zubak, who was issued two cautions and subsequently was sent off during a May 10 game against Real Monarchs SLC, served his one-game suspension this past Sunday during Los Dos’ win against the New York Red Bulls II.
The following 11 players enter their upcoming matches one caution away from a yellow card accumulation suspension. A fifth caution would result in a one-game suspension and undisclosed fine. Here is the breakdown per club:
