OCB Set for Seven-Game Preseason Slate

Preparation for new season includes meetings with Energy FC, San Antonio

ORLANDO, Fla. – Orlando City B announced its preseason schedule on Thursday as it prepares for its second season in the USL in 2017. Head Coach Anthony Pulis’ side will face seven preseason contests between February 23 and March 18, including a pair of games against USL opposition.

The Lions will begin their preseason against the University of Central Florida on Thursday, Feb. 23, the first of two meetings with the Knights during the preseason, with the second coming on Sunday, March 5. OCB will then face back-to-back contests with USL opposition as it takes on OKC Energy FC at IMG Academy on Tuesday, Feb. 28, and San Antonio FC on Saturday, March 4 at Eastern Florida State College.

OCB will then welcome Florida International University (March 11) and Montverde Academy (March 12) to Sylvan Lake Park before closing the preseason against Jacksonville Armada FC on Saturday, March 18.

OCB will begin its second USL season on Saturday, March 25 on the road against the Tampa Bay Rowdies at Al Lang Stadium. The Lions will play their home opener on Thursday, March 30, against Louisville City FC.

March 12 – vs. Montverde Academy, Sylvan Lake Park, 11 a.m. ET
March 18 – vs. Jacksonville Armada FC, Patton Park, 7 p.m. ET
