The 2017 USL Kickoff Weekend saw record crowds see the start of the new season as Phoenix Rising FC and Rio Grande Valley FC unveiled outstanding new venues, the Tampa Bay Rowdies and Reno 1868 FC hosted their inaugural USL home openers, and the Richmond Kickers celebrated the start of their 25th season with a club-record 8,021 fans at City Stadium.
