Eastern Conference leaders host Montreal for Fourth of July clash

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Louisville City FC will aim to bolster its lead at the top of the Eastern Conference on Monday night when it plays host to an FC Montreal side that currently props up the conference standings at Slugger Field. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET.

Louisville City FC news and notes

  • Current record: 10-1-5, 35 points
  • Louisville extended its undefeated streak to 14 games last Saturday night as it played to a 0-0 draw with FC Cincinnati in a River Cities Cup clash.
  • City recorded five shots on goal, but was unable to find a way past Cincinnati goalkeeper Mitch Hildebrandt as the visitors earned a point on the road.
