Flatirons FC is proud to announce Frank Marotti Jr. as the new Technical Director/Director of Coaches, Goalkeeper Director, Head Coach for USL League Two, and Head Coach for USL Academy. Coach Frank brings an exceptional blend of professional playing experience, elite coaching expertise, and a passion for developing intelligent, confident athletes, making him an outstanding addition to the Flatirons Rush family.

A Proven Leader in Player Development

Coach Frank is a licensed soccer coach with over 26 years of professional goalkeeper training experience and 14 years as a head coach. His coaching journey includes working with the Folsom Earthquakes, San Jose Earthquakes Club, and Liverpool FC International Academy – Bay Area.

A former player with the Central Coast Roadrunners (USL), Coach Frank was personally trained by world-renowned goalkeeper coach Frans Hoek. He has a long-standing record of developing high-performing athletes, including 8 professional players, 14 D1 athletes, and 26 collegiate players. He has won multiple regional and national championship titles as a head coach, and has international training experience with Pescara Calcio and Teramo Calcio.
