We’re digging into the archives at USLChampionship.com to bring out some of the best highlights from previous seasons. Today, we’re looking back at the best saves from Week 2 of the Championship season from recent seasons, with five brilliant stops from the league’s past.

Now all that’s left to do is let you decide which one will claim bragging rights as the Flashback Fans’ Choice Save of the Week. Polls close on Friday at 12 p.m. ET.

Matt Van Oekel (OKC) – With Phoenix Rising FC’s Jason Johnson bearing down on goal, Matt Van Oekel held firm and made a big save with his right hand to keep out the Jamaican forward’s close-range shot.

Cody Mizell (TBR) – Showing off his reflexes, Cody Mizell got down brilliantly to turn wide a shot from Marcus Epps from 15 yards with a left-handed denial.

Matt Cardone (SA) – San Antonio native Matt Cardone reacted brilliantly off a set piece to keep out a close-range header by the Portland Timbers 2’s Eryk Williamson.

Ben Lundt (LOU) – Atlanta United 2’s Andrew Carleton fired a shot that was pegged for the top-right corner of the net, but Ben Lundt’s diving intervention kept this side level on the road.

Logan Ketterer (ELP) – On a day that saw impressive saves at both ends, Locomotive FC’s Logan Ketterer pulled out a top-shelf stop to deny a long-range shot from the Monarchs’ Ricardo Avila.
