“Participating in the USL internship program has exposed me to a whole new side of the sport that I love. Having the opportunity to help grow the women’s game during the inaugural W League season gave me an added sense of responsibility and pride in the work that I have done. Experiencing the first weeks of a new league also pushed me to improve my critical thinking and problem-solving skills that will be so valuable in my career going forward. Everyone in the office is super approachable and willing to take time to give you advice or just have a friendly chat which allowed me to create lasting relationships throughout the summer.”
