Miguel played on the Varsity team at Lancaster High School for 3 years. He won MVP in 2006 and 2007. He scored 26 goals and had 6 assists with 3 hat tricks in his last year of high school. He played for the Ambush Soccer Club from 2004-2007. Miguel helped his team to first place in 2004 in the Bronze division and moved to the Silver bracket in 2005 and to the Silver Elite in 2006. He helped is team to the Gold level and finished second in the Coast Soccer League.
While with Ambush, Miguel attended the Las Vegas Premier Cup where his team took First Place and Miguel scored a record 15 goals in the tournament.
In the fall of 2007 Miguel began practice and was chosen to join the Lancaster Rattlers Premier Development League. Miguel will start his first season in 2008. | |
