Brandon is a committed soccer player. He played All Star in AYSO every year and was named the number one player in the Antelope Valley AYSO program. Brandon played club soccer for the Palmdale Thunder (Gold U-12 & U-13), and the Antelope Valley Sharks (Gold U-13 through U-19).
In high school Brandon lettered all four years and was captain in his senior year. He started as right defenseman and later moved to sweeper. At Moorpark College Brandon played two years as right defenseman and was captain his second year. To keep himself conditioned he played indoor soccer at the Antelope Valley Arena from 1996-2000 on one or two teams a year.
Brandon’s honors include Lancaster High Golden League as sweeper from 1999 to 2000, quarter finals at Moorpark College in 2001, and various MVP and Top Defensive Awards during his career. He was also captain of most teams he played on. Brandon attended MLS soccer camp in 1998, AYSO camp program in 99-00, U-19 ODP in 1999, and MLS & USL combines in 2006.
In 2007 Brandon was signed to play in the USL Premier Development team the Lancaster Rattlers. He played in 13 games with 661 minutes of play. He was resigned to the Lancaster Rattlers for the 2008 season. | |
