| Josh graduated from Eisenhower H.S. in 2004. He was a Big 9 Conference second team selection as a junior and a first team selection his senior year.
Following high school, Josh went on to play for Walla Walla Community College where he started and played evey game two consecutive years and he held the school record for most consecutive starts. He was a vital part of the first group to lead the Warrior men to their first NWAAC Final Four appearance his freshman year, they finished 3rd and again in his sophomore year, they finished 2nd.
Josh played briefly for the Reds in 2007 before going to Evergreen State College where he played and started in every game last season. He was selected to the Honorable mention team for that conference.
