Professional Experience and Honors:
2008: A native of Endicott, New York, Chavez joined the Kickers defensive unit after concluding a standout collegiate career at Binghamton University in New York.  The rookie made his way into the starting lineup early in the 2008 season, making 16 appearances overall.

College Experience and Honors:
Tallying six goals and 13 assists over four seasons, he made 80 appearances at Binghamton University.  Taking back-to-back First-Team All-Northeast Region team honors, the 6’1” defender was also earned First-Team All-Conference and America East Fall Academic Squad honors.  The America East Conference Defender of the Year, Chavez led the Bearcats to the league’s regular season title and a runner-up performance in the conference tournament.
