Professional Experience and Honors:
2007: A rookie out of the University of North Carolina – Charlotte, Harding became a regular starter with the Kickers defense during the 2007 campaign.  Making 23 starts in 25 appearances and adding six points on the season (1g, 4a), Harding was named to the USL2 Team of the Week more than any other rookie, taking the honors four times (7/17/07, 7/24/07, 8/7/07, 8/14/07). 

College Experience and Honors:
A versatile player who saw time in the midfield and back line at the University of North Carolina – Charlotte, Harding started 73 of 75 games played over four seasons.  Responsible for 11 goals and seven assists for 29 points during his collegiate career, Harding became the fourth player in the four-year history of the team to earn NCCSIA All-State honors his senior year.  A team tri-captain, he also earned NSCAA All-Mid-Atlantic region honors as well as All-Atlantic 10 honors while leading the defense to seven shutouts on the season.

High School Experience and Honors:
A graduate of East Mecklenburg High School, Harding was named NCSCA All-State as a senior, finishing his high school career with 48 goals and 25 assists.
