Danielle will be a sophomore this coming Fall at Illinois State University for 1st year head coach Drew Roff . She is a native of Darien, Ill. and Hinsdale South HS. She led her prep conference in scoring in 2006 and was named to the Chicago Sun Times All-State Team. She started every game in her four-year career, only the third player in school history to do so and compiled 42 goals in her high school career. She named the team captain and MVP in 2005 and 2006.
She also played basketball and ran track and cross country during her high school career. As a freshman she qualified for the state cross country meet.
She played her club soccer with the ASC United club team. Her ODP team won the Region 2 title and made it to the national semi-finals.
Both of her parents are Scott and Deidre, attended Illinois State, where she plans to major in secondary education. | |
