Sam rejoins the Dynamo for his third season as just a sophomore out of Wake Forest .  In his first two seasons with the Dynamo, Sam has appeared in 22 matches, scoring four goals with two assists from a defensive midfielder role.  This past season at Wake, Sam appeared in all 25 games, scoring four goals with another four assists from the midfield, and was named to the NSCAA All-South 2^nd Team, ACC All-Tournament Team, and All-ACC Academic Team.  As a freshman at Wake, Sam started all 23 games in the back for the Demon Deacons, being named to the All-ACC Freshman Team.  At Mt Tabor, Sam was an Adidas All-American, and garnered All-Conference, All-State and All-Region honors.  Sam was a member of the NC State ODP team and 86’ Region III member.
