Brian enters his third season with the Dynamo, having missed last season while rehabilitating a shoulder injury.  This past season Brian started all 25 games for Wake, extending his streak to 69 consecutive starts, while leading them to the College Cup on a 0.72 goals against average.   Edwards broke his single season shutout record with 13 in 2006, bringing his career total to 31. Edwards was named to the All-ACC 2^nd Team.   While at Providence High School , Brian was named All-State, All-Region, and All-Conference in 2002.
