Cisse joins the Dynamo for his first season having previously played in the PDL with Raleigh .  In his first three seasons with the Wolfpack, Cisse has started all 47 matches he has appeared in scoring 20 goals while assisting on another seven.  Cisse has been NC State’s leading point getter the past two seasons and was named to the ACC-All Tournament team in 2006.  Originally from the , Cisse was selected for the U-17 National Team.  Cisse’s club team the NY Freedoms were state champions 2001-2004, national champions in 2002 and regional champions in 2003.
