Hugh rejoins the Dynamo for his third season.  During his two previous seasons with the Dynamo Hugh has started 35 games in the back, scoring one goal with one assist.  In 2005, Hugh was the only Dynamo player to start and appear in every match for the Dynamo. Over the past two seasons for NC State, Hugh started all 35 matches in the back scoring two goals while assisting on another four.  At Mt Tabor, Hugh was named All-American, was a three-time All-State Player, while being named NC Player of the Year twice.  Hugh has played on ODP squads since 1999, winning the 2002 National Championship as part of the 2002 NC ODP Team.
