 Morman’s first season with the City Islanders included 18 appearances (16 starts) and 1,379 minutes played. The 29-year-old scored a pair of goals and was named to the USL-2 Team of the Week on August 14 (Week 17).
In signing with the City Islanders, Morman returned to
Central Pennsylvania
, where he was a fan favorite with the Harrisburg Heat of the Major Indoor Soccer League from 2000-03. The versatile 6-1, 185-pounder scored 30 goals and blocked 194 shots with the Heat, earning All-Rookie honors in 2000-01. When the Heat folded following the 2002-03 campaign, Morman signed with the Milwaukee Wave, where he notched 29 goals and 107 blocks from 2003-05 and earned a championship ring in 2005.
