“Taz” enjoyed another productive season in 2006, with four goals and a career-best five assists for 13 points. He accounted for the game-winner in stoppage time on July 28 in Wilmington , and assisted on the decisive tally on July 15 versus Pittsburgh . He posted a career high with 1,050 minutes played, and was named to the USL-2 Team of the Week four times (more than any other City Islander): on May 17 (Week 4), June 5 (Week 7), July 17 (Week 13), and July 31 (Week 15).

Tanzini scored two goals and seven points in 15 games in 2005, primarily coming off the bench. In 2004, the lightning quick point producer with a fearsome left foot was Harrisburg ’s leading scorer with six goals and 13 points.

The native of Binghamton, NY , played four seasons in the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL), including two with the Harrisburg Heat, where he scored 28 goals and assisted on 22 others in 72 games. Tanzini graduated from West Virginia University and has played for the U.S. National Futsal Team.
