. There he was named three times to the All-Conference First Team and in 2001 to the All-Region First Team. In 2003, he was drafted by MLS side Dallas Burn in the fifth round of the MLS Superdraft. After spending time trying out with the Dallas Burn and Kansas City Wizards, he signed with the Cincinnati Riverhawks of the USL First Division. In 2003, he was signed midseason by Vancouver Whitecaps and made an immediate impact in the team. Piette has played in other teams of the USL First Division as well as overseas with clubs such as Toronto Lynx, Charleston Battery, ’s FC Nordjylland, and ’s Portmore United. He also trained with ’s top level S-League side Geylang United. In August 2006, he joined the Puerto Rico Islanders and appeared in 7 games. He returns to the Islanders for the 2007 season.
