Started his college career at
FresnoStateUniversity
, where he helped his team win the Western Athletic Conference title in 1998. Noah was the leading scorer in the team. He was a member of the All-MPSF First Team as well as the MPSF Championship Tournament Team. He was drafted by the LA Galaxy in the 2002 MLS Superdraft. Later, he played for Portland Timbers of the USL First Division. In 2003, he played for Syracuse Salty Dogs and then for Rochester Raging Rhinos in 2004. He joined the Islanders in 2005, being one of only two players to play in all of the 28 games of the season. He scored two goals and six assists for a total of 10 points. Noah was the team leader in assist along with Petter Villegas in 2005. In 2006, he appeared in 26 games and returns in 2007 for his third consecutive season with the Islanders.
