Professional Experience and Honors:
2003:  In his last season with the Kickers (2003), he started nine of 16 games played for 867 minutes and registered one last-minute goal in the Kickers 1-2 loss to Montreal on May 23rd.   
2002:  Goodlett started 20 of the 25 games played during the 2002 season.  He was named to the USL1  Team of the Week on May 14th for his solid defensive play in a 4-1 win against the Pittsburgh Riverhounds on May 11th. 
2001:  As a member of D.C. United, Goodlett was loaned to the Kickers for the home opener on April 14th.  After being released by D.C. on May 4th, he joined the Kickers full-time.  Starting 13 of the 19 games played, Goodlett was an integral part of the defensive unit that recorded nine shutouts.
2000:  Starting the season with the Hershey Wildcats (USL1), Goodlett’s services were acquired by D.C. United on July 12.  By year’s end, Goodlett had appeared in four matches, three of those with the starting eleven.
1999:  Goodlett was signed by the Hershey Wildcats (USL1) and played in 17 games with the club, tallying one assist.  Goodlett was called to play for D.C. United vs. New England Revolution on July 25, 1999, although he did not see any action.
 
College Experience and Honors:
Goodlett scored six goals and tallied 11 assists for 23 points during four seasons at Howard University.  Starting 66 of 67 matches he appeared in for the Bison, he was named first team All Mid-Continent Conference after the 1996 season.
