With excellent defensive and offensive skills, this young player was a member of an Olympic Development Program (ODP) of the state of New Jersey, in the categories from U-15 to U-20.  Lopuski received a scholarship to play with Villanova University NCAA Division I.  He was a starter midfielder for 4 years, and in his last season he was the team captain.  In addition, he was awarded by All Big East Conference, Mid-Atlantic Regional All-American and All Philadelphia Soccer 7.  Also, Lopuski was invited to the 2005 MetroStars Pre-Season Camp of the MLS.  After completing his college degree, in May 2005 he became part of the Puerto Rico Islanders.
