In 1995, he started playing proffessional soccer with Universidad Catolica of Chile. He participated in tours through Holland, France, Spain and the United States.  In 1998-1999 he played for the Jacksonville Cyclones of the United Soccer Leagues.  Then he played for Club Palestino de Chile before becoming a member of the Puerto Rico Islanders in 2005.
