2005 Regular Season: (2005 Rochester Statistics: 19 GP, 865 MIN, 5+1=11, 33 shots, 21 fouls)… Named USL Player of the Week for Week 18… Scored one goal in his first appearance as a Rhino three minutes into his entrance to the game on 6/10 vs. Toronto…Signed by the Rhinos on 6/6…

Other Professional Experience: A three-time USL All A-League Second Team member (2000, 2003 and 2004), Howes has collected 136 points (49+38) in only 119 matches… In his A-League career, he has spent time with the Seattle Sounders (2000), Portland Timbers (2001-2002) and the Milwaukee Wave United (2003-2004)…During the 2000 season, Howes was named the A-League Rookie of the Year while scoring 17 goals and adding seven assists with the Seattle Sounders…

Major Indoor Soccer League: As a member of the Milwaukee Wave, Howes was recently named the MISL Spalding Scoring Champion for the third consecutive season, scoring 70 points in 28 regular season games this year... Was named a 2006 MISL All-Star, selected on more than 90 percent of the ballots… He won his second consecutive MISL Most Valuable Player award on 5/12/05… He led the Wave as they defeated the Cleveland Force to win the 2005 MISL Championship in May…

Amateur/College: Played two seasons at Oregon State from 1998-1999… Was 1999 Senior Co-Captain at Oregon State and scored seven goals...Recorded nine assists in 1998, a school record...One of only two players to record three assists in one game... At the time Howes graduated from OSU, he ranked ninth on the school’s all-time points list and third on the all-time assist list…

Personal: Howes was also a member of the 2004 U.S National Futsal Team that participated in the FIFA Futsal World Championships in Chinese Taipei…enjoys playing golf, reading and cooking…
