| 2004: Dorsey lent a veteran, physical presence to Harrisburg’s backline throughout 2004. After missing the club’s first four games, the 6-1, 185-pound central back ended the season with 16 straight appearances and 11 straight starts, finishing fourth on the team in both games played and minutes (1,329). The Loyola University grad also contributed two goals (including one in his debut in Pittsburgh on May 15). He was named to the PSL Team of the Week on June 15 after scoring the team’s lone goal against Williamsburg on June 12.

Profile: Dorsey began his career in 1997 with the now-defunct Delaware Wizards and joined the Hershey Wildcats for 16 games in 1998. He returned to Hershey for a two-game stint in 2001, and spent the bulk of that season with the Reading Rage. He split the 2002 season between the Rage and Connecticut Wolves, and appeared in one contest for Reading in 2003. A 1996 graduate of Loyola University, Dorsey was named the Most Valuable Player of the 1996 MAAC Championship Game. |
