Corazzin played a major role in Vancouver's 13-game undefeated streak heading into the 2003 playoffs. Five of his seven goals that season were game-winners, and the Whitecaps had a 9-1-5 record in games in which Corazzin played. He finished fourth in scoring in 2003 with seven goals and one assist, and shared Whitecaps Player of the Year honours.
Corazzin also played for Vancouver in the 1993 American Professional Soccer League season, finishing second in team scoring, with 7 goals and 5 assists in 24 games.
National Team
Corazzin played for the Canadian U-23 team from 1990-92, scoring four goals in 11 games. He made his National Team debut June 1, 1994 in a 1-1 tie with Morocco. In 2000, Corazzin won Golden Boot as the top scorer of the 2000 CONCACAF Gold Cup with four goals, as Canada won the competition for the first time.
Corazzin has 58 Caps for Canada, scoring 11 goals to rank fourth in all-time scoring.
North America
Played for the Winnipeg Fury of the Canadian Soccer League in 1992, scoring 10 goals in 24 games, and winning a CSL Championship over Vancouver.
Overseas:
Corazzin began his professional career in Italy at age 16, spending four years playing for Giorgione and Pievigina of Serie C2. He later joined Cambridge United of the English Second Division on December 10, 1993, and scored 43 goals in 117 games over two-and-a-half seasons. The club was relegated to the Third Division for his final year. On March 28, 1996, Corazzin signed with Plymouth Argyle of the Second Division, for a transfer fee of 1,150,000. In two-and-a-half seasons at Argyle, he scored 24 goals in 86 games.
Corazzin joined Northampton Town of the Second Division on June 26, 1998, netting 32 goals in 89 games over two seasons. Northampton Town were relegated in 1999, but with Corazzin's help regained promotion in 2000. On July 28, 2000, Corazzin signed with Oldham, and scored 22 goals in 129 games over three seasons.
In total Corazzin spent 10 seasons in England, totalling 121 goals in 421 games for four different teams, with all but one-and-a-half seasons spent in the Second Division.
