The Evergreen State College men's soccer team pulled in NAIA Region I honors this week. Senior forwards Joe Gjertsen garnered All-Region Team recognition and he was also named Region I Player of the Year. Gjertsen leading the group of All-Conference selections was senior forward. He was also named the Conference Player of the Year as the forward from Tacoma led the league with 23 goals.
