Professional Experience and Honors:
2004: Pauls made his Richmond Kickers debut during an exhibition against Nottingham Forest of the English First Division on July 16, 2004, starting and playing 76 minutes before finishing out the 2004 season with the Richmond Kickers Future (PDL).

 

Premier Development League Experience and Honors:
In two years with the Richmond Kickers Future (PDL), Pauls started 20 of 20 games played for 1,746 minutes and recorded a total of 25 points (9 goals, 9 assists).  In 2003, he tied for second on the team with 17 points (6 goals, 5 assists) and finished third on the team in goals scored.  In 2004, Pauls appeared in three games for the Future for 259 minutes where he recorded three goals, including one game-winner and two assists for eight points. 

 

College Experience and Honors:
Pauls appeared in 72 games during his four-year career at VCU with 45 starts and tallied eight goals and 14 assists for 30 points.  In 2003, during his senior season, he started 20 of 20 games played and recorded two goals, including one game-winning goal against CAA-rival James Madison, and five assists for nine points.  His eight assists in 2002 is seventh on VCU all-time single season list and his 14 career assists is 10th most in school history.
