Didn’t play much in 2004 due to a knee injury, but still contributed to the Impact’s success on its way to the championship title... Helped the team finish first in overall standings in 2003, tied with the Milwaukee Wave United... In 2002, helped Montreal finish first in the Northeast Division, tied the Rochester Raging Rhinos... In 2001, helped the Laval Dynamites earn a playoff berth in their first CPSL season...
INTERNATIONAL Was invited at the Canadian Olympic team’s training camp in January 2004 in Fort Lauderdale... Was part of the Olympic team that beat El Salvador in the next-to-last qualifying round, home-and-home games played November 15 and 19, 2003... Was also at the Olympic team’s camp in January 2003 in Mexico... Was part of the U-17 Canadian national team in 1999, his performance earning him his first invitation with the U-20 national squad... Was also a three-time Pan-Am champion at tae kwon do...
2002 SEASON Helped the Impact post the fourth best defence in the league, with 29 goals allowed in 28 games... In his first USL season, was mostly used in a defensive role in midfield...
2003 SEASON Won the Impact Unsung Hero Award... Helped the Impact post the best defence in the league, with 21 goals allowed in 28 games... Earned a starting spot in his second season with the team, playing 27 games, including 19 starts... Was involved offensively and defensively as demonstrated by his total of 62 fouls, good for third place in the league in 2003... Scored his first two career goals... Scored his first July 2 in Montreal against the Charlotte Eagles, his second August 9 in Syracuse against the Salty Dogs... Both were insurance goals, in 3-0 and 3-1 wins, respectively... His performance earned him a spot on the Team of the Week for the 12th week of activity... Also scored in the Can-Am Cup final, July 30 against the Rochester Rhinos... His goal tied the score 1-1 and paved the way towards a 4-2 win... The Impact thus remained Can-Am Cup champion... Helped the Impact tally the best road record in the league (10-3-1)... Was one of 11 players on the team to finish the season with over 1,500 minutes of play... Was named Player of the Year in the province of Quebec at the Quebec Soccer Federation’s Gala de la Mi-Temps year-end banquet... Received the same award at the youth level in 1999...
2004 SEASON Suffered a serious knee injury during training camp, in an exhibition game on May 23 and missed the rest of the season… Nonetheless played in four games, earning two starts, for a total of 217 minutes played...
2005 SEASON Is still recovering from his knee injury...
