Professional Experience and Honors:

2002:  Kevin continued to be the focus of defenses around the league as he notched 9 goals and 6 assists in 2002.  His 24 points were second on the team and he was tied for first in game-winning goals with 3.  He was named to the A-League Team of the Week after recording the game-winning goal against the Pittsburgh Riverhounds on May 11th.

2001:  In his first season as a Richmond Kicker, Kevin Jeffrey led the Kickers in goals and points with 20 and 49 respectively.  Of the 20 goals and 9 assists tallied overall, 11 goals and 7 assists were recorded in regular season contests  with the other 9 goals and 2 assists scored in Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup qualifying and tournament games.  Scoring just 14 minutes into the first regular season game, Jeffrey has been a capable replacement for now-MLS forward Dwayne DeRosario (San Jose Earthquakes) who led the Kickers with goals in 2000.  Jeffrey also led the team in game winning goals with 6 and Team-of-the-Week honors with 2 (tied with Peter Luzak).

2000:  Jeffrey was the first overall pick in the 2000 A-League Draft by the Bay Area Seals and accumulated 12 goals and 3 assists for 27 points as a rookie.

College Experience and Honors:

In 1998 and 1999 Kevin played his last two college seasons at Virginia Commonwealth University and was named to the first team All-Colonial Athletic Association team both years.  The Virginia State Player of the Year (’99) and third team NSCAA All-American (’99) tallied 29 goals and 7 assists in 38 games for the Rams and holds the school record for most goals in a season with 18, a mark that was once held by ex-Kicker John Dugan with 17 in 1987.  Prior to attending VCU, Kevin played for Yavapai Junior College in Prescott, Arizona.  In 1997 he led Yavapai to a National Junior College Athletic Association championship and an overall record of 23-0-1 in 1997, earning him first team Junior College All-American honors.  That year he was also named Junior College Player of the Year.
