The Panama City Beach Pirates defeated VSI Tampa Bay FC 4-1 in their second victory of the season on Friday night at Mike Gavlak Stadium. After finding themselves a goal down just 15 minutes into the game, the Pirates responded with an offensive explosion lead by a beautiful game-tying strike from Nasser Chariff.
