Boston College’s Charlie Rugg is in the final season of a standout career at Boston College, with the former GPS Portland Phoenix and Worcester Hydra standout trying to help the Eagles return to the NCAA Tournament after another summer in the PDL. This week, Rugg helped BC earn its first victory in ACC play this season, and had three goals and two assists in two victories last week, to earn TopDrawerSoccer.com’s Men’s Player of the Week award.
