CFC Azul will host the Western Mass Pioneers on Saturday night at 8 p.m. in its 2013 home opener at the CCSU Soccer Field in New Britain, Conn. This will be the first of three meetings between the two teams. Last season, the Azul finished with a 0-1-2 record against the Pioneers. After playing to two 0-0 ties in an eight-day span, the Azul were defeated on the road, 2-0, in the final meeting last season.
