An early lapse on defense by the Fredericksburg Hotspur led to a Palmetto FC Bantams goal, and the visitors held off the Hotspur from there to get a 1-0 Premier Development League win at the University of Mary Washington on Tuesday afternoon. The deciding score came in the third minute when Palmetto’s Austin Savage sent a diagonal pass through the Fredericksburg defense.
