The North Sound SeaWolves added to their 2013 roster by signing four versatile players for the upcoming Premier Development League season. The signings of Renato Bandeira, Nick Hamer, Chase Raskowsky and Brad Jacobson brings the roster to 15 as the team prepares for its May 18 opener against the Portland Timbers U-23s.
