Dimitrov Edges Knights Past Flames Manz earns shutout in 1-0 victory against Westchester In the final home game of the 2012 season, one goal proved to be enough as the Brooklyn Knights (5-7-1) defeated the Westchester Flames (1-9-2) by a score of 1-0. After being shut out for the first time this season in the previous game against Reading United, the Knights were able to push one goal across on Thursday night to narrowly edge the Flames. Goalkeeper Stefan Manz and the Brooklyn defense stole the show, leading the Knights to a second consecutive home victory and fifth win of the year.
