Tampa Bay Signs IMG's Stigall After standout PDL season, makes jump to pro ranks After a stellar season in the PDL in 2012 with IMG Academy Bradenton, Jarod Stigall joins the ranks of VSI Tampa Bay FC for their debut season in USL PRO, pending USSF approval. Stigall, a versatile midfielder, dominates the middle of the pitch with the use of both feet. Stigall, a Dallas native and University of Denver graduate, had a remarkable 2012 season as a member of IMG Academy Bradenton in the PDL.
