Wave To Remain At U.S. Cellular New two-year deal struck to keep team in downtown Milwaukee The Milwaukee Wave and the Wisconsin Center District have signed a two-year contract to ensure the Wave will remain in Downtown Milwaukee. Steve Palec of CRESA represented Sue Black, owner and CEO of the Wave. Palec played a critical role in brokering the deal between the Wisconsin Center District and the Wave.
