Former USL Second Division champion Neil Hlavaty of the 2008 Cleveland City Stars has signed with Polish first division club Jagiellonio Bialystok, according to Arch Bell of yanks-abroad.com. The Illinois native made the move after meeting former Polish star Tomasz Frankowski, who helped with recommendations back in his native Poland after departing with the Chicago Fire where the two met.
