Flanagan is a rising junior for the University of Virginia women’s soccer team as a defender.

In 2007, she appeared in 12 games on the season and started the first six games of the year before missing the next eight due to injury.

She is a member of the U-17 National Team Pool in 2005 and was named the Gatorade Pennsylvania Player of the Year in 2006. She is also a two-time All-Southeastern PA, a three-time Philadelphia Inquirer All-Area, a top 50 recruit by SoccerBuzz and a veteran of the Region I ODP team.
