Carr is a rising red shirt sophomore for the University of Virginia women’s soccer team. She is a defender/midfielder who missed the entire 2007 season due to injury.

The Williamsburg native was a six-year starter at Walsingham Academy and an All-State and All-Conference honoree. She has also received four-time All-Region honors by the Virginia Gazette and Hampton Roads Daily Press.

She has scored a total of 100 goals in her  career, setting school records for goals and assists and is listed as a top 150 recruit by Soccerbuzz.

Carr’s other hobby, basketball, has gained her three-time State Player of the Year honors, scoring 2,683 career points, the second most in the history of Virginia girl’s basketball.
