HAMILTON, BER -- The Pittsburgh Riverhounds dropped a 1-0 decision to the Bermuda Hogges Saturday evening to complete a two-game trip to the island.

In the 72nd minute, Damon Ming put the Hogges ahead on rebound of a long delivery that beat Pittsburgh goalkeeper Danny Waltman for the only goal of the match.

Pittsburgh had several great chances that hit the post in each half.

The Hogges’ win avenged a 2-1 loss to the Riverhounds two nights earlier.

Pittsburgh is now 4-6-3 (15-points). Bermuda is 4-9-2 (14-points). Even with the victory, Bermuda remains in last place in the nine team United Soccer Leagues Second Division.

The Bermuda leg of the trip marked the first two matches of a four game road swing that will next take the Hounds to Real Maryland for a July 11th game, and to Harrisburg on July 18th.

The Riverhounds will be home for their last five consecutive regular season games beginning on July 24th and 26th when they host the Western Mass Pioneers for two games.

Pittsburgh will also be home to the Wilmington Hammerheads on August 1st, the Charlotte Eagles on August 8th, and Crystal Palace Baltimore on August 15th.

All of the remaining home matches will be played at Chartiers Valley Stadium off of I-79 south of the city.

Tickets are available for all games at www.riverhounds.com, by phone at 412-539-1191, and at the gate on match days.
