PLAINVIEW, NY – Globall Consulting, an integrated business directorate within the Long Island Rough Riders franchise, has developed a vast network to further assist Juniors Rough Riders players with collegiate placement while providing exposure for Rough Riders players to international professional soccer clubs.
With the recent appointment of Richard Trafford, a licensed Football Agent for the English FA, Globall Consulting will assist the Rough Riders franchise towards achieving strategic partnerships to help assist players within the organization.
"Historically the Rough Riders are known for producing top level players that can compete at the highest level," said Richard Trafford, "I look forward to continuing the rich tradition for the franchise."
In addition to his roles with Globall Consulting, Richard will provide additional support to the Rough Riders men's and women's first teams as the new appointed Assistant General Manager.
Rough Riders recent player signings include:
- Mike Grella at Leeds United in England
- Mike Palacio at FK Radnicki Obrenovac in Serbia
- Laurent Manuel at KV Oostende in Belgium
- Sue Weber at Philadelphia Independence of the Women's Professional Soccer league
"The Rough Riders are committed to player development at all levels," said John Diffley, Rough Riders Director of Coaching. "They have an outstanding coaching staff from U8 to the senior teams, and have established a progressive system that is unique to this area."
Globall Consulting will also be responsible for organizing the recently announced Passport-to-Play program for the Junior Rough Riders.
Starting at the age of nine years old Junior Rough Riders teams will combine the experiences of traveling and playing against the best soccer clubs both domestically and internationally.
