Thunder Bay, ON – The Thunder Bay Chill will open up their 2009 playoff campaign against the Real Colorado Foxes on Friday, July 24th, 2009. The game kicks-off at 8:30 p.m. (EDT), and will take place in Des Moines, IA, at Valley Stadium, home of the Des Moines Menace.

The Chill and Foxes have faced each other four times this season, with each team taking a win, and two games resulting in a tie.

The Chill will look to advance to play the Des Moines Menace for the Heartland Division on Saturday, July 25th, 2009, 8:30 p.m. (EDT).

Meanwhile, the Annual Thunder Bay Chill Awards Night will be taking place this Wednesday, July 22nd, at The Prince Arthur Waterfront Hotel & Suites. The ceremony will honor the outstanding performances of Chill players during the 2009 Premier Development League regular season play.
