Old Dominion University standout as a freshman. Ranked second in the Colonial Athletic Association in 2006 in shutouts with 8 and fourth in goals-against-average (GAA) with 0.97 in 17 games. Named to CAA All- Rookie Team. Anchor of defense that allowed only 18 goals in 18 games, recorded 8 shutouts, taking the team to the round of 16 in the NCAA Tournament for the first time in school history. Started for PDL Virginia Beach Submariners in 2006, scoring a 1.10 GAA and allowing only 19 goals, helping team go 10-5-1 and take the Mid-Atlantic Division title in its inaugural season. Member of the U.S. U-17 National Team; ESP All-Star selection in 2005; NSCAA Adidas All-American in 2002,2003 and 2005.
