TAMPA, FL -- United Soccer Leagues announced Friday the scenarios for the USL Second Division Championship location for Saturday, August 25.

The Richmond-Charlotte semifinal will be a key component in who hosts the final. The championship will be held in Richmond if the defending champion Kickers return to the final while the Charlotte Eagles will host if the Harrisburg City Islanders advance from the other semifinal against the Cleveland City Stars.

If Eagles and City Stars win, Cleveland will play host to the USL-2 Championship.
